Employment Connects is a job search cum  career facilitation initiative by ‘Development Connects’. The initiative intends to help prospective candidates and employers in finding the right match. The initiative works through sharing of job vacancy information among members through what’s app, website and social media handles affiliated to ‘Development connects’ and moderated by noted management consultant Kallol Saha.

Members can register either as ‘employer’ or as ‘explorer’. Employers are individuals or institutions who share job vacancy information or employment opportunity.  Explorers are individuals looking for suitable opportunity and vacancy information. An individual or a institution can register in either of this category or as both employer and explorer. Registration to the network is free for all employers and explorers.
